Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Branch Manager to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide overall business leadership to achieve planned financial objectives for the Branch. You will do this by, supervising and coordinating seamless operational delivery to all customers, holding the team accountable by setting & delivering operational objectives
  • Set and monitor goals for gross margin delivery and profitability, while ensuring frictionless service delivery to all customers
  • Drive Top line Sales, with a hands-on approach to managing a sales team towards retaining and expanding within existing customer base and identifying new logos for customer acquisition
  • Supervise service delivery and response time within region by monitoring scheduling, estimating, manpower analysis, material logistics, establishing performance standards, etc. Plan for and ensure technical support is available for field and sales personnel
  • Partner with internal functional teams to recruit, hire, and retain Branch staff. Prepare and deliver clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports
  • Manage Branch budget and overhead accounts as assigned. Provide input to the division's business plan
  • Continually network within the industry to ensure the organization remains an industry leader


Basic Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Teams
  • 5+ years industry experience in increasingly responsible positions


Preferred Qualifications:



  • UKG experience
  • Industry sales and management experience
