Job Summary
The eCommerce Sales Director for North America is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing all online sales strategies within the region. This role will lead the development and execution of eCommerce strategies to increase revenue through digital platforms while aligning with the overall corporate objectives. The position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and third-party platforms. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or other relevant field. Advanced Degree Preferred. Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales teams in North America.
