Start Date: Must start between Nov 11 - Dec 11

Assignment Duration: 8 Week Assignment

Work Hours: Must work 48 hours per week

Holiday Work: No holiday RTO. Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, & New Year's Day

13 week contract.

• Primary Unit: CVOR
• Float: Main OR for primarily Ortho & General cases
• On-Call Requirement: on-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8 hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 or 11-7

• BLS Required
• 2.5 Years of OR experience required
• Circulate required; Scrub is preferred
• Types of Cases/Experience Required: Valve replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, Dissection, transplant, VATs
• Main OR: Strong experience in General and Ortho
• Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, Heart transplant, Lung transplant, VATs, VADs
• Transplant experience (at least heart transplant) required
• Standard Endovascular (TCAR, TEVAR, fistulogram)
• Must have, Endovascular, vascular experience (i.e. Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem-Pop bypass)
• Charting System: EPIC/OR Manager (PICIS)
• First Time Traveler's Accepted
• Scrubs provided
