DataFielder Inc. is currently recruiting for multiple Oracle BRM Support Engineers on a Contract basis. This position can be based onsite in either Miami, FL or Dallas, TX.

Summary:

We are seeking an Oracle BRM Support Engineer with expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) to contribute to a team providing comprehensive 24x7 support. The role requires hands-on technical skills for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the BRM system, with a focus on maintaining high availability, data integrity, and compliance. Effective communication and collaborative teamwork are essential, particularly with our offshore support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor the BRM system, promptly addressing issues to minimize downtime
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring adherence to service levels
  • Perform system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinating with IT teams and vendors as needed
  • Ensure data integrity and security, implementing measures against data breaches and losses
  • Document incidents, resolutions, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing
  • Provide user support and conduct training on BRM system functionalities
  • Monitor system performance and optimize for increased reliability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to implement new features and enhancements
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) support
  • Proven troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization abilities
  • Strong incident management and user support skills within a 24x7 environment
  • Familiarity with data integrity, security practices, and compliance requirements
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, including experience with offshore teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Compensation $40-$43/hr.
