Summary

aaMary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Director of Brand Strategy to join our team. This role is essential in building the reputation of Mary Free Bed. As we continue to expand our impact, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Brand Strategy to enhance our reputation and ranking in U.S. News & World Report and Newsweek. The Director of Brand Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at improving Mary Free Bed's ranking in U.S. News & World Report and Newsweek. This role will require collaboration across various departments, analysis of performance metrics, and the implementation of best practices in rehabilitation services.a

Essential Job Responsibilities




  • aaDevelop and execute comprehensive strategies focused on improving hospital rankings, including market analysis and competitive benchmarking.





  • aAnalyze data related to patient outcomes, satisfaction, and hospital operations to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.





  • aWork closely with clinical teams, administration, physicians, and marketing to ensure alignment of goals and communication of successes.





  • aLead initiatives to promote national physician recognition of Mary Free Bed brand and voting as applicable.





  • aLead initiatives to promote Mary Free Bed's brand nationally in conjunction with marketing.





  • aBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and community partners, to promote Mary Free Bed's services and achievements.





  • aMonitor and evaluate trends in rehabilitation care and rankings to identify opportunities for enhancement & implement associated tactics.





  • aPrepare and present reports on progress and outcomes to executive leadership and relevant committees.





  • aDevelop initiatives to increase brand awareness and impact. This includes engagement and interaction with external sources.





  • aTrack and analyze the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Essential Job Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or relevant work experience





  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare strategy, quality improvement or similar role.





  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics.





  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.





  • Knowledge of U.S. News & World Report ranking criteria and methodologies is a plus.





  • Innovative problem solver.
