CareDX is seeking an FP&A VP to join their high-performing organization. The Global FP&A team partners closely with the company's business leaders to drive business results, financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and accelerate the modernization of the company's financial reporting infrastructure. In addition, the Finance team is tasked with managing the treasury function that includes appropriate investments and insights on Cash and Cash flows given the large cash balance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be a thought leader and partner with executive leadership to provide business analytics and insights to drive business results.
  • Manage and oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, Reporting and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Build narrative/presentation for executive leadership, board meetings and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with CEO/CFO, help build guidance for the street, anticipate questions on quarterly results/guidance from the analysts/investors and provide necessary information to address the same
  • Drive finance discipline, fact-based decision-making, and financial visibility across the company
  • Drive dialogue between key stakeholders to establish and evolve organizational KPIs
  • Lead the finance transformation for systems/processes, use of AI in financial analysis and re-porting
  • Lead Treasury function/decision making process to protect and invest cash appropriately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and insights for financial analy-sis.
  • Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the Finance teams to support and review monthly financial reporting performance and drive timely reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a global high growth company.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, a strategic thinker
  • Proficiency in using financial planning and reporting software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versatile collaborator with exceptional work ethic, eager to learn, ask questions, and navigate across different perspectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. MBA is a plus.
  • Professional certification such as CMA/CPA is a plus.
