About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst with strong Power Automate Desktop to join us. Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will proactively lead our support team's automation efforts, managing and optimizing workflows, designing automation solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery of support services. You will work closely with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and leverage your expertise in Power Automate Desktop to streamline and improve processes. This role requires a strong self starter to identify problems on their own and come up with solutions as well as a balance of project management and business analysis skills to ensure successful delivery and proactive continuous improvement in support operations. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: o Lead projects to automate and enhance support workflows using Power Automate Desktop. o Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business requirements. o Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals. * Business Analysis: o Engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze support processes, and identify opportunities for automation. o Proactively develop detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications. o Proactively assess current support workflows and recommend solutions that leverage Power Automate Desktop to optimize performance. * Automation Development & Support: o Design, build, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop to improve support operations. o Troubleshoot and maintain existing automations, ensuring smooth functioning and resolving issues promptly. o Provide technical guidance and training to support team members, enabling them to understand and utilize automation solutions effectively. * Reporting and Analytics: o Identify, track and report on project KPIs, ensuring that automation efforts align with team objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. o Define and develop reporting mechanisms for automation performance and support team productivity. Education and Years of Experience: 5+ years in project management, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within a support or operations team. * Power Automate Desktop Expertise: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting workflows in Power Automate Desktop. * Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines. * Business Analysis: Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating documentation (user stories, flow diagrams, etc.). * Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: * Certifications: Microsoft Power Automate or Power Platform certifications. * Tools: Experience with other tools in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders. * Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is beneficial.
