We are seeking Member driven, self-motivated candidates for the position of Financial Services Representative (FSR). This role is located on site in our TA FBI/DEA Quantico branch, located in Quantico, VA.

The ability to think analytically, provide excellent Member service, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with strong written, verbal communication skills is required as this position will engage with vendors, Members, and employees at all levels of the credit union.

Key Job Functions:

• Responds to Member inquiries and identifies the needs of Members. Educates Members about available products and services through consultative sales and service approach.
• Completes Member transactions, including but not limited to loan and Membership applications, account transfers, and wires.
• Balances vault and cash drawer, and daily transactions accurately, and ensures required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Promotes the credit union and Membership growth through community involvement and/or business development efforts.=

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with Symitar and/or Meridian Link software is a plus.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of similar or related experience, preferably in a banking or credit union environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain building sponsor security clearance(s) to access multiple branches

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.
