Compensation Grade: P11Compensation Details: Minimum: $43,412.00 - Maximum: $43,412.00 AnnuallyDepartment (OPH) Office of Public HealthJob Description: Responsibilities Health Research, Inc. is seeking a Project Aide to work within the Office of Public Health, Bureau of Vital Records. The Project Aide position will be responsible for supporting all new, existing, and enhanced business processes, specific to vital events information systems. The incumbent will provide routine technical support of the Electronic Vital Events Information Systems, perform data entry and quality control of vital records information, assist with on-boarding system users, provide user account support and assist with training, and other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field or higher degree in a related field; OR two years of general office, secretarial, administrative experience and/or project assistant experience. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of vital records. Experience providing support of IT systems and IT projects. Experience navigating information systems. Experience with data entry. Experience maintaining office systems and procedures. Conditions of Employment Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Travel, up to 10% of the time, will be required. This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting will not be available.
