We are seeking a visionary Head of Digital Strategy and Product Experience to lead our strategic initiatives in enhancing digital presence, HCPs, and patient engagement, thereby driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.

As a strategic and executive leader, the Director of Digital Strategy and Product Experience will orchestrate the comprehensive vision for our digital strategy, steering the digital transformation across the entire portfolio. Products include diagnostic testing services for transplant centers, lab software, and SaaS tools. This pivotal role involves developing a team of high-performing professionals and spearheading initiatives that blend cutting-edge digital strategies with user-centered design and AI-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, SW product management, UX research, and UX/UI design within the healthcare and healthtech, tech bio, or consumer sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision & strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, fostering strategic partnerships and technological advancements.
  • Product management: Lead software product management efforts for SaaS patient and transplant centers applications, including agile methodologies, grooming, backlog prioritization, and leveraging AI for predictive analysis.
  • Strategic design: Lead the strategic design and meticulous execution across all user touchpoints, ensuring they are engaging, seamless, and informed by data-driven insights.
  • Customer experience: Oversee and coordinate end-to-end product experiences from order to billing, integrating advanced UX research.
  • UX/UI: Drive UX/UI design innovation, leveraging human factors to ensure intuitive and efficient user interactions.
  • Leverage data: Use AI and machine learning to derive actionable insights from user data, enhancing product utility and customer experiences.
  • Lab workflows: Oversee the integration of lab workflows into design processes, optimizing for both operational efficiencies and superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Business, AI, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in an executive leadership role focusing on digital strategy and customer experience, preferably within healthcare and consumer sectors.
  • Proven expertise in UX research, UX/UI design, human factors, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance user experiences.
  • Strong strategic acumen with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into effective digital solutions.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation through data analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
