Get to Know Your Team: UT Health East Texas Rehabilitation Center includes a 48-bed inpatient hospital, 14 outpatient therapy clinics, 11 cardiopulmonary rehabilitation clinics and nine Olympic fitness centers, with access to some of the most advanced therapy techniques and care available. Responsibilities Ensure adequate staffing to meet needs of patients Prepare payroll Make corrections, changes to UKG Dimensions Timecards and Schedules as appropriate Order supplies for the unit Assist the charge nurse with clerical duties - preparing admission packets, door tags, etc. Qualifications Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience in hospital setting Excellent communication skills Customer service experience Preferred Qualifications Associates Degree Working knowledge of UKG Dimensions Scheduling and staffing experience
