The St. James Hotel, a premier destination in the Red Wing area, is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for both Red Wing Shoe Company employees and our valued guests. What You'll Do

• Provide safe and timely transportation for guests to and from the airport and other approved locations.
• Assist guests by lifting and carrying baggage on and off the shuttle.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle van, including fueling, regular maintenance, and interior cleaning.
• Uphold traffic rules to ensure a safe, accident-free journey for all passengers.
• Share your knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.
• Contribute to the hotel's outstanding reputation by going the extra mile to meet guest needs.

• Experience:
  • 0-3 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
• Required Skills:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass and maintain DOT Certification.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Basic computer knowledge.
