POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensure accurate and timely vehicle licensing, registration and permitting in compliance with International Registration Plan (IRP) and/or other applicable laws and regulations Maintain knowledge of IRP and other applicable licensing and permitting regulations, and follow new developments to ensure compliance Respond to information requests of local jurisdictions for drivers who are stopped and/or ticketed Coordinate and monitor equipment transfers to ensure equipment has appropriate permits for new location Provide data to Operating Tax department in support of compliance with Federal Heavy Vehicle Use Tax laws with annual filing and monthly filing for new vehicles Support rental equipment process to meet operational needs while minimizing cost Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures Perform other duties as required Disclaimer: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
