Genesis10 is currently seeking a DTL/Solution Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to identify their business pain points, goals, and desired outcomes for digital transformation Analyze existing systems and processes to understand potential areas for improvement and digitalization Gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications for solution development Develop comprehensive solution architectures that leverage appropriate technologies (cloud computing, AI, IoT, etc.) to address client needs Create detailed technical design documents outlining system components, integrations, and functionality Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Evaluate and recommend suitable software tools and platforms based on client requirements Requirements: Strong technical background in relevant technologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Business acumen and understanding of digital transformation strategies Problem-solving and analytical skills Project management and stakeholder management abilities Possess deep technical knowledge across a range of digital technologies, including cloud platforms, data analytics, application development, and cybersecurity Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
