What would you do as a Superintendent specializing in Renovation?

As a Superintendent at Journey Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the on-site coordination of renovation projects. Your responsibilities will include meticulously planning and orchestrating all aspects of the projects, from labor and materials to equipment, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. Are you a good fit for this Superintendent - RenovatioNS rOLE?

To excel as a Superintendent at Journey Construction, you should hold a bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, coupled with a minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience overseeing mid- to large-sized commercial construction projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to nurture relationships with stakeholders are paramount in this role. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office and mobile technologies is a must to effectively manage project documentation and communication.
