The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $96,100 - $129,800 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job DescriptionRed Wing Brands of America is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our Wholesale team. This role will be responsible for a set of accounts in defined region of Ohio. This role will primarily focus on managing and nourishing existing client relationships and meeting sales targets through effective defined sales strategies and customer service in the independent sales channel.They will collaborate with internal customers to manage distribution, enhance profitability, and deliver world-class customer service to customers. Essential Duties include:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related field of study; with aminimum of five years in account management, or sales with a proven track record of managing a book of business; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Footwear sales experience is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Work Environment: Home office with frequent travel to customer environments.Qualified candidates must live somewhere within defined region; preferably near a major hub.
