To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Read and understand procedures and instructions associated with the shipping department

  • Coordinate orders to meet shipping date deadlines

  • Verify the customer PO matches the invoice * Verify lot codes on the invoice match the cylinders

  • Verify the quantity of cylinders, regulators, cases and/or tubing * Accurately print labels for each cylinder

  • Accurately adhere labels to each cylinder

  • Verify UN number for each cylinder and apply the appropriate label

  • Verify the correct regulator is with the order and apply the appropriate label

  • Perform final inspection

  • Box each order accurately using the designed box with the appropriate labels

  • Enter and print shipping paperwork using FedEx and/or UPS or customer requested shipping carrier

  • Apply shipping paperwork and appropriate labels to the box

  • Assure daily work schedule is completed

  • Work as a team and maximize productivity and efficiency

  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Certification: Required: ISO Awareness Course

  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Using analytical and observation skills demonstrate the ability to set a course or direction, which fulfills the vision and expectations in maintaining the highest level of Quality in the industry.

  • ISO Awareness Course and HAZMAT Training * FedEx and/or UPS Training

  • Willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas as needed as well as all areas of quality assurance
