Primary Responsibilities:



  • Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, including quality and care and concern with each and every internal and external customer
  • Represents the Company in a professional manner, following all Company policies and procedures
  • Uses, protects, and discloses patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
  • Assists with daily operations, management, policy/procedure adherence, billing, budget controls, corporate policy compliance, HMO compliance, and utilization control
  • Assists with training of staff and assuring proper application of standard operating procedures
  • Coordinates all staff meetings for professional, technical and support staff departments
  • Responsible for accurate information of required end of month reports and other requested reports
  • Development of professional working relationship with Center Administrator to ensure that any issues with staff or patients regarding, attitude, quality of care, audits or potential legal issues are handled appropriately
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Must have consistent, punctual and reliable attendance
  • Ability to travel may be required

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of proven leadership experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of business office operations, telephone etiquette and basic bookkeeping principles
  • Demonstrate a high professional level of clerical skills (typing, filing, telephone courtesy)
  • Ability to learn and implement appropriate Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Ability to work closely with Administrator to uphold Company policies and procedures

  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Must be computer literate
  • Results and goal-oriented
  • Ability to interact and verbally communicate effectively with patients and all levels of personnel in a professional, courteous and effective manner with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi- task in a high paced environment with good organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions and to work with general guidance
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language fluently
