Hours: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week/ M-F)
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Campus: Evanston

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Program Assistant for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

  • Track and Respond to 1-800 and email response (average is about 50 a week, but will increase greatly with Giving Tuesday/Cats Give Back)
  • Prep and send out weekly updates on progress to close our all responses each week
  • Calendar assistance, travel coordination, expense reports, and contact reports for donor visits etc.

Qualifications Required:

A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;

Strong writing skills;

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;

Diligent and can work independently;

Experience working with confidential information;

Professionalism;

Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.

Software Required:

MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
