Overview of the Position: The Process Improvement Leader is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and improving operational performance within the Wencor Warehouse, Quality and Office operations through training, development execution, process improvement. In addition, they will be tasked with using their experience and skills in operations and ERP to implement projects that yield improved efficiency, better utilization, capacity management, and improved safety and quality results. Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Related Field. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Mathematical ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
