TEKsystems is looking for a Sr Level Angular Developer who is able to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Oakbrook, IL. Description: We are seeking a talented front-end developer to develop the applications and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency and high-quality user experiences across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with component libraries, ADA compliance, and a strong understanding of UX/UI principles. They will: Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and TypeScript. Building self-contained and reusable modules and components Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement and maintain design systems, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience. Design, develop, and maintain component libraries that are ADA compliant. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Collaborate with back-end developers in the process of building RESTful APIs Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Strong proficiency in TypeScript. Knowledge of NodeJS and its ecosystem. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript Experience with design systems and implementing them in web applications. Knowledge of ADA compliance standards and best practices for web accessibility. Familiarity with front-end build tools and development processes. Understanding of responsive design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries. Knowledge of back-end technologies and RESTful APIs. Can execute basic T-SQL in SSMS. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
