AtLowell General Hospital we strive to be one of the best community Hospitals in America and our Customer Service Clerkswill play a crucial part in accomplishing this pursuit.The Customer Service Clerk performs/supervises services in the Service Response Center according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the department and hospital. Hours: 32 hours per week, Day shift (6:30AM-3:00PM) Rotating Weekend shifts required (Saturday & Sunday) & rotating Holiday shifts required (every other weekend and every other holiday shifts) The Customer Service Clerk should possess the following list of qualities to qualify as a Hospitality Services customer support person: * Must possess outstanding customer service skills Other duties as assigned by department leadership Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. One (1) year of customer service or call center experience.
