Responsibilities Include:

• Implements and designs server, network, and software configurations for a cloud computing infrastructure and applications with a focus on DevOps principles.

• Monitors system performance and is considered an expect with concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

• Leads other cloud engineers conducting installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of cloud systems.

• Management of cloud systems including backup, recovery of the IT infrastructure and ensuring systems are updated and supported.

• Develops solutions to complex technical issues through collaboration with internal team and customer technical experts.

• Mentors lower-level cloud engineers.

• Reports to OM&S Program Manager.

Clearance Required:

• Active Secret clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Ability to apply advanced cloud engineer methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).

• Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree - Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience.

• Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
