POSITION OVERVIEW The Manfucaturing Supervisor provides safety and servant-based leadership to achieve breakthrough production results on a specific production shift. This position is also accountable for developing and delivering the rigorous application of foundational systems. The Team Leader is accountable for driving out losses using rigorous Problem Solving and developing the plan for the shift. They will have ownership of Safety, Quality, and System Performance and support platform teams. This position may be used to support open Team Leading position on any shift. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $68700.00 - $103200.00 / Annually.
