Overview TRC is seeking a qualified Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs Outreach Section Manager. This position manages the Commercial Efficiency Program Outreach team for small to medium businesses to ensure the achievement of program energy efficiency savings goals. This position is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. This position oversees and facilitates the development of relationships with commercial electric utility customers and trade allies in an effort to stimulate the energy efficiency market activity. The successful candidate will direct the analysis of existing and anticipated customer requirements and promote the consideration of energy efficient products and services to fill such requirements. Support and help design the implementation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans, and territory sales plans. Responsibilities This position is located in Melville, NY. The Commercial Efficiency Program (CEP) Outreach Section Manager is responsible for all aspects of implementing our utility client's Commercial Efficiency Programs (CEP). Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
