Naval Fleet Introduction and Logistics Support Analyst The Opportunity: From both a personnel and systems perspective, the U.S. Navy is growing fast. As a product support and fleet introduction analyst, you'll play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution work required to provide our Navy clients with big picture ideas rooted in technical and data-driven solutions that will help to propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance. You be part of a dynamic team across multiple geographies and workstreams, with projects that involve analytical solutions for the implementation of modernization and logistics plans that affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to enhance product flow and improve use while delivering end-to-end integrated warfighting capabilities. You will support various aspects of ship implementation teams for new capability on Naval vessels and expeditionary units. Collaborate with DoD Joint Services to integrate capability ships and expeditionary forces enabling the fleet introduction, initial operational capability, and logistics sustainment of these capabilities. Participate in Design Reviews, Technical Readiness Reviews, and Production Readiness Reviews necessary to deliver a system. Support shipboard production and fielding planning, including the implementation of ship change documents (SCDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and alterations; coordinate with public and private shipyards, system fielding and testing, and establish life cycle sustainment support plans, including assessment of staffing and material support requirements. Based out of the Washington Navy Yard, you have a direct finger on the pulse of the policies, guidelines, and procedures required to ensure quality and cost control across a Navy major program office. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
