Job DescriptionVisa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (sending and receiving financial institutions, processors, merchants and service providers) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements to accounts around the world using push payment technology. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, cross border payments, person to micro-business transfer (e.g. payouts to shared economy providers), funds disbursement (e.g. insurance claim disbursements), and more. The push payments market is estimated to be more than 80 Trillion USD of payment volume globally. This role will be responsible for technical and product assessment, solutioning for new products in North America for both domestic and cross-border use cases. Driving solutioning with early adopter clients as part of integrated product offering for maximizing best outcomes for clients and creating business value for Visa Direct in North America. This involves advancing the client solutioning practice and creating/enhancing the money movement flows through product, technology, processes, and people. Succeeding in this role requires close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to analyze and assess technical aspects of Visa Direct's product offerings. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent product & analytical skills, and the ability to translate client needs into viable solutions. Responsibilities include:

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 149,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
