What Global Trade Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health The Cardinal Health Global Trade Compliance team (GTC) is responsible for the development and implementationof an effectivecompliance program through identification and interpretation of laws and regulations, provision of regulatory guidance, training and development, audit and assessment, data management, process design and continuous improvement, automated tool development and M&A due diligence The Sr Analyst, Product Compliance Review, will ensure compliance with Customs and partner government agencies (PGA) by adhering to and promoting the GTC Compliance program, assisting with developing and implementing SOP and work instructions, performing product compliance reviews, monitoring internal/external compliance, assisting with process improvement as well as educating team members and stakeholders. Specifically, this individual will focus on determining the proper classification and PGA for each product, obtaining permits/licenses as required and ensuring full compliance with Customs and each applicable PGA. Ultimately, to ensure declarations are accurate, complete, compliant and timely. The Sr Analyst, Product Compliance Review must excel at conducting meticulous, accurate and high-quality research, mastering complex situations and intricate compliance issues, monitoring regulatory changes, as well as understanding the impact on our business and communicating to internal/external stakeholders.
