Description: TEKsystems is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the IT Manufacturing Support Team for a Fortune 100 client in Tipp City, OH. This role involves on-site work at the client's manufacturing plant, with shifts from 6 AM to 3 PM, 7 AM to 4 PM, or 8 AM to 5 PM CST. The analyst will serve as the primary IT support point of contact for application support activities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead IT support for application-related issues. * Handle Desktop Support tickets and collaborate with the corporate Desktop Team for escalations. * Provide on-call support for a 24x7 manufacturing environment, ensuring continuous production of healthcare-critical products. * Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management. * Coordinate with on-shore, off-shore, and vendor teams for escalations. * Lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a GxP/GMP (manufacturing) environment. Skills Required: * Proficiency in Windows 10. * Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills. * Experience with imaging and hardware. * Excellent customer service abilities. * Effective communication and organizational skills.
