Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our HR Strategy Enablement Team at JLL.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic planning: Assist stakeholders in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. Governance: Develop strong governance across teams to ensure parties are aligned on key decision points and actions are executed effectively. Project management: Oversee and coordinate major HR initiatives and projects across different regions and business units. Communication liaison: Facilitate communication between the HR department, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders within the organization. Data analysis and reporting: Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making. Process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the global organization. Change management: Support the implementation of organizational changes and help manage their impact on employees across different cultures and regions. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are integrated with broader organizational goals and strategies. Confidential projects: Support HR in addressing urgent and confidential issues that may arise in different parts of the organization. Requirements: Functional Knowledge Deep breadth and depth of experience in project management with organizational and leadership skills to dual hat as Deputy/Chief of Staff role in a large matrixed organization. Commercially savvy with experience in; consultative skills, critical thinking, problem solving, facilitation, and organizational skills. Understands how to use data to tell stories and have impact in decision making. Foundational understanding of HR teams, roles, and processes. Works to understand stakeholder needs, diagnose challenges, and offers existing best practice solutions or innovates new ones to best address. Expertise Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in HR, Consulting, or related field, working directly with senior business or HR stakeholders. Strong background in Human Resources with proven ability to develop innovative solutions. Track record of successfully driving projects from conception to implementation. |
