We are looking for a Utilization + Experience Lead within Occupancy Planning.
What this job involves The Utilization + Reporting Lead will play a crucial role inassuring deliveryof utilization and attendance reports, management of utilization process, overseeing utilization studies and providing insights. It will require a blend of analytical expertise and the ability to innovate in data manipulation, in addition to interacting with clients in a meaningful way. This individual will need to bring best practices, industry insight and thought leadership to the account. Act as a trusted advisor to the client, Account Director, and team. Simultaneously, ensuring coordination and collaboration among various JLL businesses. You should thrive on change with an appetite for risks, be proactive and innovative with solutions. A desire to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems / processes and client deliverables. Manage a team, train and mentor as needed. Managing Spaces Attentive to detail and accuracy - particularly numbers and spatial creativity. Planning and managing portfolios, as well as maximizing space will be your major focus areas while you assist clients in their migration plans, group, and individual moves. This will involve reviewing, preparing, and updating project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand, reporting on the current supply and capacity, and forecasting inventory changes. Communication Champion Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including active listening, verbal, written and visual communication and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level. Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them to others on the account and client. Tech-Savvy You have critical thinking skill sets and can easily tell a story through data. You will be successful on the job if you have skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlook-up, cell calculations), and understanding floorplans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint Presentations for clients will be highly valuable for the job. Key responsibilities include: Utilization and attendance reports using data from the RTX utilization tool (dashboard) and/or badge dataMonthly, quarterly, ad hoc Contribute utilization data to QBRs Utilization tool "management"Working with the development team to ensure accuracy and initiate updates/improvements to the tool Coordinating with site POCs to load new sites Semi-annual updates to site-level details (headcount, capacity, etc.) Update the User Guide with any new features or changes to functionality Observation studiesSet up, manage, and perform analysis for week-long observation studies Present findings to stakeholders and maintain a summary report of trends/findings from all completed studies Leesman workplace experience surveySupport the survey project team, primarily with identifying the site list to include in the survey Create various BU and ad hoc reports following the survey using the Leesman tableau dashboard CAFM SupportManage/produce weekly reports of data quality within CAFM system Review client feedback and comments on existing reporting within CAFM Create/update existing reports within CAFM to better align with client needs Coordinate with BI Team on OP Dashboards, definitions, verification of data reporting is accurate Every day is different, and in all these activities, we'd encourage you to show your ingenuity. To apply you need to be / have: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's degree in Management, Architecture, Design, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field 5-7 years' work experience in occupancy planning at a strategic level; interior office planning; or data analytics in a corporate real estate setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tactfully deliver difficult messages and tailor information to the audience Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners Comfortable with frequent or rapid change; flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities Strong communicator and comfortable conducting meetings with various levels of leadership within the enterprise Ability to see the big picture while also identifying and clearly conveying the key takeaways in deliverables (what is the "so what"?) Ability to utilize software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with planning team Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel i.e. (V-Lookups, pivot tables, graphing, cell calculations, data analysis, etc.) for complex data analysis merging data from multiple sources Strong ability to work in all the Microsoft Office suite software technology Experience in CAFM/IWMS software, ideally Archibus Above average knowledge of SQL You'll need to be dynamic and technologically savvy.
