As a Performance Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing overall performance within the department. You will play a central role in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to drive productivity and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess departmental performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish performance benchmarks and develop performance improvement plans.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, coaching and supporting their professional development.
Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, making recommendations for process enhancements and improvements.
Develop and implement performance tracking tools and systems to measure and evaluate operational effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, developing strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and drive standardization across teams.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in performance management, sharing knowledge and implementing leading-edge solutions.
Act as a point of contact for performance-related matters, providing guidance and support to team members.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Performance Manager or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in performance management methodologies and frameworks.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the real estate or commercial property industry.
Certification in performance management or related areas.
Experience with performance management software or tools.
