Duties and Responsibilities	Responsibilities include but not limited to: Responsible for position specific and systematic training and player development. Assists in the preparation of opponent film breakdown. Shares responsibility for summer camp organization and administration. Responsible for in-match and game day management, as well as visiting team management. Responsible for equipment maintenance. Serves as team academic liaison and sports performance liaison. Oversee all aspects of program community outreach/service. Responsible for maintaining daily team schedule and team outreach. Participates in team alumni/Fundraising events. Assists in overall management and organization of the program. Performs other administrative duties as required.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience	Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. Two years of collegiate coaching experience in designated sport required. Understanding of and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations and commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education.
Qualifications	- An ability to draw upon coaching / playing experience and contribute to technical training as well as in match tactical adjustments. - Ability to adjust and accommodate to differing techniques in a diverse and positive learning environment. - Good organizational skills. - Demonstrated experience in recruiting

Computer Skills	Basic computer skills along with knowledge of volleyball software systems.
