Petco Intern

Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. has a current opening for a paid intern to join our Accounting department with a focus on the Accounts Payable function. This paid internship will provide hands-on professional experience in tasks currently performed by the existing team such as sales to cash discrepancy research, sales data review, report preparation for store leadership, assisting with the preparation of audit support, and other assigned projects. Please note, this is not a posting for a future summer intern position, but a current opening.

What To Expect

• The Petco Accounting Internship Program is a 12-week opportunity. The intern will be expected to work within normal business hours, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday.
• A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree program with a focus in Accounting and an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and December 2025, or have recently obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Accounting.
