As the Marketing Automation Manager you will lead execution and optimization of automated lead nurturing and conversion campaigns aligned to business growth and consumer brand marketing strategies for James Hardie Building Products. You will drive sustainable results focusing on lower funnel engagement and conversion with consumers and trade professionals. This should be done by developing a deep understanding of our consumer segments and the consumer decision journeys that they go through. In this role you will be responsible for achieving established KPI targets through nurturing programs that will grow our business. You will also act as a strategic business partner to the media, demand-generation and digital marketing teams to ensure that campaigns and partnerships are aligned the goals of driving growth. You will use advanced analytics techniques to drive a deeper understanding of customer behavior and provide actionable insights. In this role you will perform various functions, including analyzing customer data to provide support for Sales and Marketing efforts, manage and optimize our marketing automation platform, Marketo, provide useful insight on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; and helping to initiate and implement CRM initiatives to boost brand preference and customer retention. The ideal candidate has marketing automation and lifecycle management experience focused on acquisition, engagement and conversion for high-cost consumer purchases that have a complex decision journey.
