Responsibilities: Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals and families affected by trauma. Use trauma-informed modalities, including SandTray, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and others. Manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients, with therapy sessions lasting 50 minutes per client. Deliver services in-person, with a typical duration of 16-24 weeks per case. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including case managers and attorneys, to provide holistic support. Contribute to ongoing professional development through training and mentoring opportunities.
