Description: One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization and leader in their respective industry, is looking for a Junior-to-Mid level Application Support Analyst to join their team. The company has embarked on a large, enterprise-wide, digital transformation that includes a migration from Oracle on-prem to Oracle Fusion Cloud for many of their applications and business functions. The candidate will join their Construction and Commerical organization and provide tier 2 support for internal employees within that department, specifically the quotes and orders team, sales representatives, credit and billing. In total, there are about 600 employees with these functions. Customer service and servant mentality are critical in this role as is the ability to learn quickly and take ownership. Since the organization is open to hiring a junior level candidate, it is crucial that the person selected takes ownership over understanding the overall business and the specific lines of business to provide the proper support.
