Responsibilities The individual will be responsible for subcontract administration support, including pre- and post-award subcontract administration within an internal subcontracts team and maintain responsibility for soliciting and administering subcontracts and modifications. This role involves supporting multiple proposals/programs with multiple contract type subcontracts (CPAF, CPFF, T&M and FFP), developing and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), receive, review and negotiate subcontractor proposals, negotiating subcontract terms and conditions including estimated cost/price, delivery, quality and performance requirements, performing price analyses, preparing a compliance procurement folder that adheres to all Government and Corporate requirements, providing subcontract advice and counsel to program managers, engineering personnel and other related functions such as finance, quality and contract administration, and performing subcontract close-out.
