Genesis10 is currently seeking a UX/UI Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 18+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and development of user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for observability products that enhance application health and monitoring adoption across the bank Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other teams to lead the design, development, and implementation of digital experiences using modern front-end technologies Ensure that the user experience is optimized, accessible, and meets the needs of diverse users, improving digital onboarding, maturity, and application performance Consult on design initiatives with broad impact, supporting large-scale, cross-functional projects Review and analyze complex design challenges, ensuring that solutions align with business goals, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Requirements: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, or education Strong skills in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, and responsive design Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and product owners to create seamless user interfaces and experiences Pay Range: $60-$70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
