Job Purpose

Manages administrative tasks and provides high quality customer service to guests and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Opens the building lobby for normal business hours and secures the lobby for closing
  • Greets plant visitors and assists with entry requirements
  • Screens visitors for ITAR compliance and maintains visitor management system
  • Receives outside phone calls, properly directs them and/or records messages
  • Processes incoming and outgoing parcel
  • Coordinates customer meetings and lunches as requested
  • Maintains the visitor breakroom and restocks supplies
  • Assists with employee onboarding activities
  • Assists with distributing plant correspondence, plant event planning and maintains the plant calendar
  • Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to solve basic calculations.
  • Basic problem solving.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365
  • Capable traversing to and from all areas of plant.
General Job Requirements
  • This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
