Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $16.63 - Midpoint: $19.95 (Hourly N3) Department/Organization: 504191 - Housing Custodial Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 PM Job Summary: The Custodial Team Lead provides guidance and leadership to custodians in the performance of day-to-day duties. Performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, polishes and dusts furniture, and cleans restrooms, windows, blinds, mirrors, etc. in buildings across campus. Additional Department Summary: Must drive from site to site. Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of custodial experience. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have ability to complete all tasks on custodian's building task lists, as well as all general cleaning; Provides quality customer service; Demonstrates caring behavior by utilizing positive interpersonal skills; Provides helpful and friendly assistance in a timely manner; Responds to inquires in a timely, efficient manner. Preferred Qualifications: Prefer some supervisory/work leadership experience.
