Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

Provide mentorship and counsel to the HR team, developing team members and maintaining cohesion and consistency across the team.

• Proactively address employee complaints/concerns in a confidential and appropriately urgent manner, providing resolution of employee relations issues

• Manage and support programs and events designed to improve workplace culture, positively impacting recruitment and retention.

• Ensure efforts around employee recruitment and retention are performed to expectations and meet business needs

• Coordinate HR manners including unemployment claims, WSI, accommodations, work restrictions, and return to works

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of in a Human Resources Business Partner role preferred

• Professional certification preferred (SHRM, PHR, SPHR, etc.)

• Ability to manage information with integrity and confidentiality

• Ability to work successfully as both an independent contributor and team member

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong digital literacy
