Design & Construction Associate

Job Description

Assists with design and construction activities within a team to realize the development vision established for the project. Aids the coordination of individual multi-discipline projects in a broad range of activities from acquisition to fulfilment of project execution, through the disposition of the asset.

Job Responsibility

• Assists with design and construction activities within a team to realize the development vision established for the project.
• Aids the coordination of individual multi-discipline projects in a broad range of activities from acquisition to fulfilment of project execution, through the disposition of the asset.
• Assists projects and the local office by acquiring, analyzing, developing and presenting extensive market research.
• Helps the team to coordinate with external parties including consultants, civic and governmental authorities and public stakeholders.
• Performs financial analysis related to leasing, acquisition, and divestment.
• Aids in the creation and regular reporting of project budget and cost projections.
• Assist in the marketing and leasing efforts associated with the project, including pitches, presentations, tenant tours, lease execution and administration, and tenant administration, etc.
• Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
