Role Summary The Sr. Verification Analyst is a key member of our customer onboarding team and is responsible for conducting due diligence investigations and reviews of customs who wish to access Thomson Reuters Westlaw Public Records and CLEAR online solutions. The credentialing team is accountable for completing credentialing activities in accordance with company policies and procedures to validate customer information, including product use case and permissible use, and then enabling the appropriate level of access. The ideal team member can execute defined processes to thoroughly evaluate potential and actual customers through critical analysis and creative thinking. This person is comfortable partnering with the team and other areas of the business to efficiently and effectively complete responsibilities while looking for process improvement opportunities to delivering a positive experience for our customers. This means identifying common delays in the process and digging in to find out the root cause of those delays. A successful candidate can execute defined processes to thoroughly evaluate deals through critical analysis and creative thinking. This candidate is comfortable partnering and communicating with the team and internal cross-functional partners to efficiently and effectively complete responsibilities of the role. This candidate is highly detailed, a critical thinker, and is comfortable offering analysis- based recommendations. Must be a team player and possess a collaborative mindset.
