Job Summary: Manager, Business Development Partner Programs is a hybrid role responsible for initiating, growing and maintaining TouchNet partnerships to enhance the company's offerings in higher education. This role focuses on strategizing and leveraging partnerships to drive mutual channel benefits. Responsibilities include securing new partnerships, identifying collaboration opportunities, and managing existing partner relationships. Manager, Business Development Partner Programs monitors partnership performance, adapts strategies, and acts as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure project success. This role involves business development efforts, and researching new strategic opportunities. The Manager, Business Development Partnerships also oversees the development and execution of TouchNet's partner relationship management (PRM) solution. This role plays a critical part in growing the TouchNet partner ecosystem, increasing partner satisfaction, monetizing the partner program and enhancing partner performance to achieve business objectives.
