The Transplant Coordinator Assistant (TCA) provides remote administrative support to the transplant community, ensuring patient engagement and compliance with care plans. Acting as a vital link between patients and their medical care teams, the TCA helps facilitate communication, maintain accurate records, and promote continuity of care. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting patients during a critical time in their healthcare journey. As a TCA, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the transplant community by ensuring patients remain engaged and cared for during one of the most critical periods of their lives. Your work will help make a difference by fostering communication, resolving barriers to care, and keeping patients connected to their healthcare teams.
