Job Title: Warehouse Laborer - 2nd Shift (Temp-Hire)

Location: West Allis

Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM,

Schedule: 4 weeknights per week + mandatory Saturday or Sunday (Store closes at 6:00 PM on Saturdays, 5:00 PM on Sundays)

Compensation: $15/hr-$18/hr BOE

This position offers an opportunity for growth, with openings available for both full-time and part-time employment.

Responsibilities:



  • Perform physical tasks including lifting items up to 100 lbs (assisted by a colleague), continuous standing, and moving throughout the warehouse.
  • Utilize cherry pickers to retrieve items from high shelves; training provided, must be comfortable with heights and wear a harness.
  • Use RF scanners for simple data entry tasks in our system.
  • Stage, assemble, and prepare items for delivery with precision and efficiency.
  • Transfer and arrange new items on the showroom floor, including furniture and appliances.
  • Maintain a fast-paced work environment while upholding high standards of quality and safety.


Requirements:



  • Demonstrated ability to handle physical labor and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable attendance record.
  • Minimum 18 years of age; students are welcome to apply for part-time positions.
  • Experience with hand tools and dollies preferred but not required; training provided.
  • Stable work history; preference for candidates with minimal job changes within the last two years.
