Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Systems, the Manager, Talent Systems is the owner of Red Bull North America's (RBNA) talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management platforms. You will impact applicants, employees, and Internal talent partners by Improving user experience and increasing efficiency with our Talent Systems. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 5 years of HRIS project and implementation experience Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus History of leveraging HR technology to create efficient and effective business solutions Proven experience in supporting enterprise system integrations Track record of successful technical project management Exceptional communication and presentation skills Understanding of technology vendor selection and management Knowledge of end user support best practices preferred SmartRecruiters, Enboarder, and Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferred Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
