The Salesforce Senior Analyst with CPQ experience will leverage creativity and innovation to implement new approaches for enterprise application integration, workflow automation, and performance optimization, particularly within the Salesforce platform.

You will bring deep technical expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions to streamline sales processes and ensure scalability across the organization. As a Salesforce Senior Analyst, you are both a big-picture thinker and an in-depth problem solver, responsible for ensuring the design and integrity of Salesforce solutions. You foresee issues before they arise, even at scale, and will play a key role as a trusted digital advisor and respected leader in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Actively establish and maintain Salesforce standards and practices, including hands-on design and execution of buy/build and configuration strategies, with a particular focus on CPQ architecture.
  • Execute hands-on Salesforce CPQ changes, guiding cross-functional teams through direct involvement in configuring pricing structures, quoting strategies, and product configurations.
  • Oversee and enforce compliance with corporate enterprise standards while providing governance through hands-on contributions to system design and architecture.
  • Identify and directly implement opportunities for optimization or new development within Salesforce, concentrating on CPQ processes that span multiple business units.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in CPQ , defining flows, configuring data validation rules, building pricing rules, and managing administration processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to gather CPQ requirements and personally develop innovative Salesforce solutions that leverage out-of-the-box functionality to minimize excessive customization.
  • Architect and personally design CPQ to support multi-channel sales operations, subscription models, and complex pricing structures.
  • Lead and contribute to functional designs and technical builds, directly addressing limitations while developing and implementing new Salesforce CPQ features and customizations.
  • Use hands-on expertise in APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and CPQ-specific tools to configure and enhance flows, approval processes, and quoting accuracy.
  • Play a direct role in building and maintaining the enterprise data model, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and ASC 606.
  • Actively oversee versioning processes, performing hands-on configuration and ensuring the team adheres to best practices using tools like JIRA, GitHub, and Visual Studio Code.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on system architecture experience, designing, developing, and maintaining complex business solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in Sales Cloud administration, configuration, and integration.
  • 1+ years of hands-on CPQ experience or strong exposure to CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ preferred).
