Community Manager Microbiology and Immunology Full Time 82303BR Job Summary We are seeking a Community Manager who is equity-minded and demonstrates a sensitivity to the range of identities and diverse backgrounds present in our community. The candidate should be highly organized and able to manage multiple groups within an organization. The candidate should have or be capable of learning strong research and communications skills, a collaborative mindset, and change management experience. They should have or be capable of a moderate-to-high degree of personal initiative, require minimal supervision, and be able to adjust to an organization's changing needs. Most of all, the candidate must have high zeal for this role and a willingness to learn.
The Community Manager also administratively supports the broader faculty oversight committee (Membership & Community Committee). In addition to management of our diversity groups, the Community Manager responsibilities include:
The Community Manager directly reports to the ImmunoX Chief Strategy Officer and acts as a bridge between faculty and trainee leadership groups.
